Terms and Conditions

1. As each item is individually handmade, slight variations may occur between items.
2. All designs are copyright of Cleopatra Cards.
3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your order is required at the time of ordering, the balance to be paid before dispatch.
4. On receipt of your order a set of proofs will be sent to you for your approval. Any amendments should be clearly marked & signed for & the proofs returned to us before commencement of your order, Any amendments after this will incur an extra charge.
5. We aim to deliver your order within 8 weeks & this will be sent by insured post or may be collected. Postage & packing is to be paid by the customer at cost. We cannot be held responsible for items delayed once they have left us. Delivery to UK only.
6. Goods remain the property of Cleopatra Cards until paid for in full.
7. All orders are subject to stock availability.
8. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any necessary copyright permission has been obtained.
